Now You May Prevent or Eliminate
Low Back & Neck Pain for the Rest of Your Life!

The Spine Strength Restoration Program is a revolutionary, non-invasive
therapy program for the testing and rehabilitation of orthopedic and soft tissue
injuries of the spine.
What Can the AFSS Spine Strength Restoration Program Do For You?
- Eliminate or reduce chronic spine pain.
- Produce long-lasting results, not just a quick fix.
- Reduce the need for surgery and other invasive procedures.
- Restore spine strength to pre-surgical levels and beyond.
- Reduce the need for recurrent medical care.
- Improve the maintenance of chiropractic adjustments.
Without proper Spine Strength Restoration long-lasting pain relief and improved function are difficult, if not impossible to achieve, resulting in the need for recurrent medical and/or chiropractic care, and possibly a more invasive procedure.
How does the Spine Strength Restoration Program work?

Utilizing medically advanced, computerized MedX® technology, the AFSS Spine Strength Restoration Program is the only method of treatment that can…
- Isolate and strengthen muscles deep inside the torso surrounding the spine for concentrated, highly accelerated rehabilitation.
- Objectively and safely test and measure muscular strength and flexibility, key factors in effective physical therapy analysis.
- Eliminate the risk of harmful impact forces often experienced with traditional strengthening tools. (back to top)
Medical evidence shows that the majority of chronic pain patients are “deconditioned” and have strength deficiencies that are at least 50% below normal. Unless strength is restored, the skeletal muscles will continue to weaken, resulting in recurring pain and loss of function, as well as the need for future medical interventions. Thus, an evaluation of lumbar and/or cervical extensor strength is clinically important in determining a patient’s initial functional status and subsequent improvements during rehabilitation.

Because pain reduces one’s ability to move, muscles continue to weaken to a mere fraction of their potential strength, resulting in increased pain and discomfort. Fortunately, muscles respond rapidly to specific, isolated and intensive muscle strengthening. Stronger muscles improve the structural support of the spine and help reduce nerve, disc, and joint pressure --- relieving pain and improving function.
