"I have always suffered form a tight low back which has led to back pain the last few years. As an avid golfer, the last thing I wanted was back pain every time I played. Last summer I was in a car accident, which caused even more damage to my low back. The accident happened to be a blessing in disguise, as I finally made the commitment to improve/strengthen my back, which led me to the Core. Before the car accident I was taking golf lessons and the most frustrating part of the lessons were that I was physically unable to do the movements that my instructor was coaching me to do. Poor posture, little flexibility, and no endurance in my back lead me to give up on the lessons. After using the Core two times a week for three months, I decided to finish the lessons.
